Hello everyone!
I had never thought of writing a blog about bodywork and me and I don't know why. Bodywork has been a crucial part of my life, especially when it comes to my own healing of physical body, energy body, and mind. I usually have a fear of putting myself or my thoughts out here in the interwebs:
My mind goes "what would people think" or " do I know enough?". Well, those thoughts might continue to show up, but I have decided to not listen and just do I what I want, which is to put my subjective experience of life and bodywork for others to read. Maybe, somebody can relate, maybe somebody receives something valuable from my writing, and maybe nobody reads this 😆 but that's okay. Truly, I have no idea what I am doing except for making a commitment to write once a week 💪🏽. Gracias!
